A rose for Roos

Last week, our niece Roos celebrated her 5th birthday.
I made her a rose and (of course after so much practise earlier this week) a marble bag to celebrate her birthday.

Playing with marbles is really hot these days in The Netherlands.
All the kids at school play with their marbles on the playground during their break.
So.... a mom of two girls asked me whether I could make 31 marble bags for their oldest daughter to give away to her classmates for her birthday. Isn't that a great idea?

I used pieces of almost all the fabrics which I have in stock here, so what a nice colourful sight must that be on her birthday!

Good luck dolls

Finally a bit time to do some sewing for my webshop. Today, I made these "good luck dolls". To give away to a person who needs a bit of luck. Made with felt faces and shamrocks and with a selection of all those lovely fabrics that I have in stock.
