ByGraziela + Give Away

Yesterday, I added a new set of four new fabric to the shop.
These fabrics are from ByGraziela and are reprints of designs from the 70's.
The fabrics are extra wide (1,50 - 1,70 metre) and therefor very suitable for bedding and curtains (but also for pillows, bags, skirts, etc.....).

I've been ignoring you too much these days! Too busy and (as a result from being busy) little inspiration.... Sorry. Nevertheless, I still enjoy reading other blogs and hope for a bit more inspiration soon. Sigh.....
On the other hand, business is doing pretty well and that is a good reason to share a bit of my happiness with you.

These ribbons arrived for the shop last week, so very pretty. I love the wooden spools that they are wrapped around as much as I love the ribbons themselves (and the best thing is that I can have them when the ribbons are sold ;).

Sublime Stitching (+ give away)

I found these really cool and funky embroidery patterns from Sublime Stitching and they are now for sale in the shop. How about an embroidered Matryoshka on a jeans jacket? Or an embroidered rocket on a school bag for boys? I think I'll go for the embroidered owl (of course!) on a simple white linen skirt that I bought yesterday.

So busy preparing for the "Creatieve Hobby- en Handwerkdagen", shipping orders and going with Teun to the hospital (he will have ear tubes on Wednesday) Today, that I almost forgot to draw two lucky persons that can pick a decotape from my shop. I promised this already last week, but with the school holiday, there was not much time for blogging. Another give-away and this time I am giving away some nice ribbons (see the picture). Making Space

Every once in a while, it is time to make some space. For new things to come, for old things to go or if you just cannot walk without stumbling over stuff. Well, the last example is the case and I tried to do something about it. Result: A lot of little and bigger bits of iron-on velours. And why not giving them to you.... New fabric line + give away

Finally! They are here and I am proud to have them in the shop!
A new line of fresh and clean organic fabrics. Better for the farmers who grow the cotton and better for the world. And of course with great prints!

We are back from a relaxing and inspiring holiday in Denmark and Sweden (I'll tell you a bit more about it later) and now it is time to draw a winner! Give Away

Yesterday, it was my birthday! A good opportunity for a little give away....

Birthday

Today is my birthday! Well actually it is not my personal birthday, but the first official birthday of my company VANMARIEKE.
