Lekker Retro

Ik houd van retro. Van retro stofjes, glazen, kopjes, blikken, schilderijen enzovoort. Kortom dus ook van kringloopwinkels. En daar vond ik een Polaroidcamera. Na wat zoeken op internet vond ik ook de bijbehorende films en via een youtube filmpje kwam ik er achter hoe je zo'n camera aan de praat krijgt (heel eenvoudig eigenlijk). Nu maar hopen op heel veel zon de komende tijd voor de mooiste foto's!

Oops

A little mistake from me.... I meant to say that the give away closed last sunday (the 17th), but I did not look very well on the calender and picked the 24th. Okay, so one more week for you to leave a comment ;).
In the meantime, I found this lovely apple jar in the second hand store. I think it is so amazing if you see what other people "throw" away, don't you think? The jar is just so perfect for my collection of vintage buttons, I love it.
I bought the apple and pear fabric under the jar at Ahlens (a department store) in Sweden last summer.

Vintage Finds

When I am in a second hand shop or at a flea market, I always like to browse through to books they have. Hoping to find books that I am already looking for for years (no luck yet). And always looking for books with names, of the kids, friends, family and myself. I was very lucky to find these two, with nice retro pictures as well!
